Investment Strategy

We identify commercial, industrial and mixed use property opportunities with strong fundamentals and clear value add potential. Each acquisition is guided by disciplined research, market knowledge and a long term investment view and exit strategy.

Eyre Assets operates under an Australian Financial Services License for wholesale investors.

We focus on assets that may be overlooked by larger funds or passive investors. This includes properties with underlying land value, repositioning opportunities, leasing upside or future development potential.

Asset Ownership & Management

Eyre Assets actively manages every property within the portfolio. Our role extends beyond acquisition to ensure assets continue to perform and improve over time.

This includes leasing strategy, tenant engagement, capital works, repositioning and ongoing performance review. By maintaining a hands on approach, we aim to deliver stable income, improve asset quality and support long term capital growth.

Strategic Development Opportunities

Where an asset presents development or repositioning potential, we pursue it. This may include refurbishment, subdivision, change of use, planning uplift or staged redevelopment.

Our principals bring decades of development and project management experience, enabling us to identify opportunities early and manage outcomes with discipline. Each project is considered in the context of long term asset performance and market demand.

Our approach is driven by outcomes within the asset itself. We prioritise improvements that enhance income, strengthen tenant appeal and unlock underlying land value.

This may include building upgrades, lease restructuring, subdivision or planning initiatives. Each decision is made with a focus on long term performance rather than short term fee generation.
