Eyre Assets is a Perth based property investment, development and ownership business focused on identifying, acquiring and actively managing property assets with long term value potential. Our approach is grounded in experience, relationships and a disciplined investment philosophy.
We operate as principals, investing our own capital alongside our partners. This co-investment model ensures alignment and a shared focus on performance driven by the real estate asset itself.
Eyre Assets draws on the broader experience and network of DMG Property, an advisory and consultancy business working with private investors, institutional clients and government. Through this relationship, we access established industry connections, market insight and project expertise to support each acquisition and asset.
Our Investment Approach
We pursue opportunities where value can be enhanced through active management, repositioning or development. This includes assets with strong underlying land value, leasing upside or long term redevelopment potential.
Each investment is selected through disciplined research and supported by hands on involvement from acquisition through to asset management and future planning. Our focus is on creating value within the asset, delivering stable income and long term growth.
The business remains intentionally selective, working with a small group of investors introduced through existing relationships and professional networks.

Martin Steens has extensive experience across property investment, development and advisory. His experience spans commercial, industrial and mixed use projects, working with private investors, institutional groups and government clients. Martin brings a disciplined investment approach, strong industry relationships and hands on leadership across acquisitions and asset management.
Lyle Robertson
Director
Lyle Robertson has significant experience delivering complex commercial and mixed use developments across Western Australia. His background includes development management, project delivery and strategic planning, supporting the identification and execution of value add opportunities across the portfolio.
