Eyre Assets pursues opportunities that others often overlook, including assets with strong underlying land value, genuine development upside, or the potential to be repositioned for improved income and long term growth.
Our co-investment model ensures our interests are always aligned with yours. We source, assess, manage and develop each asset as if our own capital depends on it, because it does.

Our Portfolio
Eyre Assets currently holds three Western Australian assets across Rivervale, Belmont and Subiaco. Each represents a different facet of our value-add approach from large industrial land with redevelopment potential, to a prominent mixed-use retail and office building in one of Perth’s most active commercial strips.
